Course title: Practice Systems Resilience

Course summary: Practical tips and advice to make the systems and processes used at your practice more resilient and effective.

Course aims and objectives:

This course will allow you to:

  • Reflect on the resilience of your own organisation.
  • Review values and share system resilience initiatives/processes that are working well for your organisation and hearing ideas from others.
  • Determine and discuss systems that you may wish to have in place.
  • Discover tools and techniques to aid your organisation to become more resilient.
  • Consider leadership models to develop the team and enhance practice communications.

There will be a small amount of pre course preparation (max 30 minutes) shared with you, to help you to get the most out of the course.

Who should attend?

This course is particularly for practice managers and GP partners working in general practice in the UK.

Our systems resilience courses are generally suited just for General Practice. Contractual aspects will be based on the England Standard General Medical Services (GMS) Contract. Please contact us before booking if you have any queries about suitability.

Course Format

This training will be run over Zoom, a joining link will be shared with you a few days before the event.

To participate you will need to install Zoom on your device, and ensure it has a working microphone, speaker, and camera.

It will be an interactive session, allowing opportunity for small group discussions.

Our courses are now available to all practice staff across the UK.  A course fee is applicable - please see below.

Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable.

If you are not able to attend, you must let us know 5 working days beforehand. Every attempt will be made to move your booking to an alternative course or date (subject to availability).  Alternatively, we may issue you with a course credit to use against future courses.
